Our procedure
Silabot wants to make ordering translated documents as easy and convenient as possible for you. We have designed a straightforward digital order process with you in mind. You can post your documents to us in the traditional way – please use registered post – and we’ll do the rest. You could also begin by uploading your documents to our platform and using it to estimate the cost of your translation.
Once you have ordered online using our screen, please send us your documents by registered post. That way you will get a tracking number and can check on the delivery online whenever you like. We will of course confirm receipt of your documents.
Once we’ve received your order, the original documents and the advance payment, we will start work. Our translators produce texts in your target language, certify their translations and produce the relevant number of copies. If you ordered an Apostille, we will gladly obtain one for you.
When the translation is finished, we will use this target text to count the exact number of standard lines (55 characters including spaces) and calculate your final, binding price (the price initially quoted was an estimate). The length of documents (in lines or pages) can vary substantially, as each relates to a different individual and circumstances.
If you see that your document has more or fewer standard lines or pages than the most similar sample price document, you can adjust the estimated length of your document accordingly. This will give you a more accurate estimate of the cost to you. Working to the nearest line ensures you won’t end up paying much more than necessary.
