Consumers have the following right to cancel an order they have placed with Silabot for translation(s). According to §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a ‘consumer’ is a natural person who is transacting for purposes which cannot be ascribed primarily to either business or self-employed activity.

You are entitled to cancel this contract within 14 days, without stating your reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Nataliya Yena, OPCT Silabot, Offenbacher Landstraße 368, Gebäude D, 1. OG, Eingang West, 60599 Frankfurt am Main, Tel.: +49 (0)69 770 19 550, Fax: +49 (0)69 660 581 27, Email: mail@silabot.de) with a clear explanation (e.g., a letter in the post, a fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the cancellation form template below, but you do not have to do so.

For the cancellation period to apply, you need only send the message about exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

The consequences of cancellation

If you cancel our contract, we must return all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery to the standard delivery we offer), immediately and within 14 days of the date when we received the notification that you were cancelling the contract. We will use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will this repayment include any compensation.

If you have asked that we begin to provide the service during the cancellation period, we must pay an appropriate contribution, to represent that proportion of the service (in relation to the whole service covered by the contract) which we had already provided by the time you informed us you wanted to cancel.
