Silabot can request certain documents to be sent from Ukraine. If you are living in Germany – either
permanently or temporarily – and need specific documents from Ukraine, then we can help. For as long as the
war continues, we can request for documents to be sent from Ukraine on your behalf; and of course, we can
also translate these into German for you. The documents we can request are:
- Almost all documents from the registry office including birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce
decrees and name change certificates
- Certificates of good conduct (criminal records checks)
- Legal or court rulings
- Certificates of registration (residency)
- Education certificates from schools, colleges, and universities
- Other documents on reques
There are many factors involved in requesting a document, procuring an Apostille (if required) and having it
sent to Germany. The cost is normally around €250. Some documents can cost more than that. Requesting and
sending documents to Germany usually takes a month, but some documents can take up to three months. If
